With over five years of experience, I am a dedicated personal trainer and online fitness coach specialising in strength training and overall wellbeing.
As a qualified spin and Pilates instructor, I bring a dynamic approach to fitness. My certification as a nutrition coach allows me to offer comprehensive guidance on healthy eating habits. Currently embracing the hybrid athlete lifestyle, I balance various training modalities to achieve peak performance.
